Add the following the config file AR-PoS.exe.config in C:\Program Files (x86)\Advanced Retail Technologies\AR-PoS

Using the promo debugging is a bit tricky. It will only switch on if
1. you update the app config
2. delete promo.dmp
3. close and restart the app

When you create a sale, it will write a file called 'PromoDebugNarrative.txt' to the folder C:\ProgramData\AR-PoS\Dump.

Also check the logging in the log.lte db
